Rutter's Rewards Program
Originating from a farm-based milk delivery business, Rutter's Farm Stores
has grown to a chain of more than 55 convenience stores - serving more than
20 million customers per year. Rewarding those consumers for their loyalty
was the impetus for the Rutter's Rewards program. Donovan developed the
program's identity as well as its advertising and marketing vehicles. Using
a combination of print, POS and radio the campaign made significant inroads
- resulting in more than 160,000 Rutter's Rewards cards being issued in the
first year.
