DONOVAN HELPS PLANT-BASED FOOD BRAND, EVERYTHING LEGENDARY, PREPARE FOR SHARK TANK APPEARANCE – EPISODE TO AIR ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2021 AT 8 PM
February 25, 2021 (Lititz, PA) – Donovan, a Lititz-based marketing and advertising agency with well-known food and beverage brands, is helping bring a new line of plant-based products with legendary flavor to ABC Shark Tank viewers across the nation. Donovan was hired to assist Everything Legendary, a black-owned producer of vegan, plant-based products prepare for their pitch to hopefully secure funding by one of Shark Tank’s Investors. The moment of truth will be revealed on Friday, 2/26 at 8 pm (ET).
In advance of their appearance on Shark Tank, Donovan helped the Everything Legendary team develop their branding, shoot custom content, build their website, create videos, identify and work with key influencers, build their social presence and more. The goal was to make sure all necessary marketing support was in place before the episode aired.
“It was a lot of work, in a short amount of time, but we were up to the challenge to get it done, especially for such an innovative and up-and-coming food brand,” said Jane Flemming, president of Donovan. “They’re great to work with, and the product is revolutionary. We wanted to make sure everything we did is as awesome as they are. We are excited to see if they secure the funding they need to take their brand to the next level.”
Everything Legendary was founded by Duane “Myko” Cheers, Danita Claytor, and Chef Jumoke Jackson. They began creating plant-based products after Duane tasted the products his mom, who practices a vegan lifestyle, was forced to eat. He found they were severely lacking in flavor and vowed to create something worthy of his mom.
Their flavor-driven, plant-based burger was the first product created by Chef Jumoke. Other plant-based products including chicken nuggets are on the way. “Donovan has been amazing,” said Duane “Myko” Cheers, founder and CEO of Everything Legendary. “What I appreciate the most is they are very personal. I can get in contact with them at any time. The entire team is super innovative and has helped my ideas come to life. Most importantly they invested in us.” The Everything Legendary team was referred to Donovan by a previous client who worked with them on another product launch.
